Property Minimum Rental Age is 25 y/o or 21 and over if booking with parents and or other 25 y/o group members (Higher deposit amounts and property damage insurance will be required). *Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions. Discounts / Offers: *Offers may not be combined with any other discounts and do not apply to any special event or concert/festival bookings. Optional King/Twin Bed Conversion: A $200 Fee applies per bedroom reconfiguration set-up. Default bedroom configuration is as shown on pictures. Please see bedroom picture description for available bedding options. Fee waived on stays over 10+ days.

Cancellation policy

Booking Direct: All cancellations are subject to forfeiture of Reservation Deposit. Festival bookings, Concert bookings are non-refundable. Special Event bookings must cancel no later than (120) days prior to check-in date. Monthly guest must cancel (120) days prior to arrival date. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least (60) days prior to arrival date. All other guest as follows; a ninety (90) day cancellation notice is required for full rental amount refund. All cancellations that are made less than ninety (90) days and more than sixty (60) days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations made less than sixty days (60) and more than thirty (30) days are subject to a 75% cancellation fee. All cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Any cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refunds or credit. Online Bookings: All cancellations are subject to active cancellation policy issued at time of booking as outlined on listing page/website. Booking site may have cancellation penalty fees. Refunds/Fees due upon cancellations will be automatically administered deducted/credited by website payment processing system.
