Our newly remodeled home boasts custom features and delightful themed bedroom decor, adding an elegant and playful touch to your stay, making it truly unforgettable. Designed for large groups, our spacious abode comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests, with over 3,600 square feet of living space on a sprawling 1/3-acre lot. The fully furnished villa features 6 generously sized bedrooms, a cozy den, and 3.5 baths, along with a 3-car garage and a 3-car driveway, providing ample parking space for up to 6 vehicles. Step into our gourmet kitchen with a farmer’s style sink, fully equipped to cater to your culinary desires. The formal dining area features a custom ceiling treatment and a rustic chandelier designed by a local artist, adding a touch of rustic charm to your dining experience. The spacious great room boasts plenty of seating and a stunning custom fireplace wall, perfect for cozy gatherings. The den/lodge is a special hideaway where the young ones can claim as their private cool hangout, adding a playful touch to your stay. Cancellation policy

Booking Direct: All cancellations are subject to forfeiture of Reservation Deposit. Festival bookings, Concert bookings are non-refundable. Special Event bookings must cancel no later than (120) days prior to check-in date. Monthly guest must cancel (120) days prior to arrival date. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least (60) days prior to arrival date. All other guest as follows; a ninety (90) day cancellation notice is required for full rental amount refund. All cancellations that are made less than ninety (90) days and more than sixty (60) days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations made less than sixty days (60) and more than thirty (30) days are subject to a 75% cancellation fee. All cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Any cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refunds or credit. Online Bookings: All cancellations are subject to active cancellation policy issued at time of booking as outlined on listing page/website. Booking site may have cancellation penalty fees. Refunds/Fees due upon cancellations will be automatically administered deducted/credited by website payment processing system.
